About us

Laser Dynamics Skin Care Center is a service of Lubbock Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center. At Laser Dynamics we strive to provide the best laser skin care services available in the Lubbock area in a convenient and friendly environment. Our laser technicians are well trained in skin care and laser treatment.

We specialize in Laser Hair Removal, Acne Treatments, Fraxel™ Skin Resurfacing, Microdermabrasion and Vein Treatments. We offer a wide range of aesthetic non-surgical treatments for cosmetic imperfections of the skin for men and women that develop with sun damage, aging, rosacea, acne and other causes.

We love helping our clients have more “Beautiful Skin” and we strive to be a warm and friendly environment where you feel comfortable and cared for. You are always welcome to ask questions about all of your skin care needs.

All treatments are administered under the direction of on-site, board-certified Dermatologists, Richard Hope, M.D. and Justin Clark, M.D., in full-time clinical practice in Lubbock. This makes a fantastic team to provide the most effective treatment at a reasonable cost.

Doctors Clark and Hope are co-directors of all medical laser services.

Dawn Ann Manning | Office Manager

Dawn Ann attended South Plains College after graduating from Seagraves High School. She is active in PTA, National Charity League and FUMC. She is married and has two sweet daughters, Katy Beth and Makenzie.

Amy Trevino | Esthetician

Amy received her esthetician license in 1997. She is married with two children.

Jennifer Ruddle | Certified Laser Technician / Esthetician

Jennifer obtained her esthetic education at the NM Aveda Institute. She was laser certified at the Rocky Mountain Laser School in Denver, CO.

Tami Jones | Certified Laser Technician / Esthetician

Tami obtained her esthetician license on 1995. She was laser certified at the Orlando Institute in Orlando Florida.

Justin W. Clark M.D. | Board-Certified Dermatologist

Dr. Clark was raised in the West Texas town of Happy. He completed college in San Angelo, four years of medical school and a year-long pediatric internship year in Galveston, and later completed a three-year dermatology residency at Texas Tech in Lubbock. He continues to be involved in academic medicine by interacting with the dermatology residents at Texas Tech.

Dr. Clark is a board-certified dermatologist. He specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer, as well as cosmetic laser treatment, BOTOX and Restylane injections of wrinkles, and sclerotherapy for leg veins.

Dr. Clark has been a teacher in the Department of Dermatology at the Texas Health Sciences Center in Lubbock since 2000, and has attending privileges at Covenant Medical Center, Covenant Lakeside and University Medical Center.

Richard Hope M.D. | Board-Certified Dermatologist

West Texas native Dr. Richard Hope was raised in Brownfield, Texas. He attended college in San Angelo, four years of medical school in San Antonio, and later completed a year-long internship in internal medicine and a three-year dermatology residency in Little Rock, Arkansas. He continues to be involved in academic medicine by interacting with the dermatology residents at Texas Tech.

Dr. Hope is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in surgical dermatology. He has extensive experience in Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer, as well as cosmetic laser treatment, BOTOX and Restylane injections of wrinkles, and sclerotherapy for leg veins.
